4 Ring Induction Hob -

Bring the energy-saving efficiency of induction cooking into your pro kitchen with a free-standing 4 ring induction hob. By combining user-friendly controls with high performance cooking, the induction hob is a great choice for cooking a huge variety of dishes, whilst using much less energy in comparison to traditional gas or electric alternatives.

Using induction technology, up to 90% of energy is used directly in the cooking, which not only speeds up your service, but helps to contribute to a cooler kitchen, with less demand on your ventilation too.

With pan detection technology and 11 power levels, the hob is positioned on an open base with castors, making it easy to move and providing additional storage. Constructed in strong stainless steel with a heavy-duty toughened glass ceramic hob surface, the whole unit is easy to clean and maintain.
