Discreet and effective hot trays are ideal for keeping plates or buffet items warm. Our glass hot tray and stainless steel hot tray can be used individually, in tandem and combined with heat lamps to ensure food is kept at temperature whilst being served. Our hot pads fit up to one 1/1GN tray to a maximum temperature of 105°C.
