Fryers

We stock a variety of fryers to suit a wide range of catering environments, using leading brands such as Blue Seal, Imperial and Lincat.

 

The single tank, twin basket, freestanding fryers are suited to the busiest kitchen environments, with 20 litre capacity and the ability to cook 30kg of chips per hour. The units feature large cool zones underneath, high efficiency thermostats, safety cut-off and a temperature range of 90°C - 200°C. These units are available in electric (32 amp, 3 phase) or gas. The units draw high volumes of gas, so please discuss with one of our team members, to ensure you have the right gas volumes for your requirement.

The table top fryers are available in single or double basket options, with each basket independently controlled with a temperature range of 130°C - 190°C, and able to produce 12kg of chips per hour. The units require a 13 amp standard plug per basket, so are ideal for pop-ups and small batch food production. 

NB: FBFE now replaces DBFE.
