Pass Through Heated Display

Display and hold cooked food such as fish and chips, burgers and pastries, at the correct temperature and humidity, with the Pass Through Heated Display unit.

Designed to fit on a central service counter, the unit is suited to loading from the rear and serving from the front, and is often used alongside the Vizu Chip Dump. The unit can hold 6 x 1/1 20mm gastronorm trays, with a clear lift up panel to access each gastronorm individually and is available for short or long term rental.
