We work closely the client to design kitchen plans, tableware selection and event delivery plans, starting several months before this July event. The Jongor Event Team arrive on site in advance of receiving over 11 articulated lorries of equipment, which they site, install and then maintain throughout the event.
This complicated site required walk-in cold rooms to be built on scaffolding to access the kitchen level. Jongor provide warewashing facilities for the client to turn around the tableware on site, over the three days of motorsport racing. At the end of the event, Jongor work with the client to de-rig the site in just over 48 hours, enabling the client to hand the site back over to the owner on schedule.
