Jongor Hire supplied tableware, kitchen equipment and cold rooms for hospitality catering at this prestigious London show. Food tastings with the client commenced nine months prior to the event, with Jongor Hire providing several table setting options for the client to choose from. Jongor worked with the client to confirm exact quantities, split by area, creating a completed order. Installing the eight kitchen and food service areas took over three weeks, with a dedicated Jongor Event Manager on site to ensure a seamless delivery and build schedule, including a complex gas installation and a close proximity to local residents.
Over the five day event, 3,000 hospitality meals were served to guests, plus 8,500 glasses of Pimms, 29,200 cakes, 11,000 flutes of Champagne and 64,800 hot beverages.
