At this high-end event, the client had a specific brief for crew and artists catering. Working with them on menu and display options, Jongor Hire supplied back-of-house catering equipment, cold rooms, servery equipment, display refrigeration and tableware across multiple sites for this event.

Jongor worked with the client to deliver a mixed menu, with elements prepared both on and off site, throughout the multiple day build, live and derig schedule.
