Within five days of the initial enquiry, Jongor Hire delivered and installed two temporary kitchen units at Brize Norton. The requirement was to support a sudden shift to 24 hour operations and the associated increase in catering required.

Jongor assisted the client with equipment specifications and floor plans, right through to commissioning the kitchen and training the kitchen staff. The client said:
