The Roband Contact Grills are designed to provide heat quickly and efficiently in high demand environments, and are able to grill meats, poultry and bread products (e.g. paninis, toasted sandwiches) with ease. Featuring a smooth base plate and a ribbed top plate, the contact grill has a precise thermostat for controlling cooking temperature between 80°C to 280°C, with the ability to switch between top and bottom plate operation or bottom plate only operation. A counter-balanced top plate and an arched handle makes operating the grill station easy, with one-handed loading and unloading of food, with the top plate capable of staying partially open at an approximate 45° angle.
