Dice, slice and grate quickly and effortlessly with the Vegetable Prep Machine. A cost effective method to improve efficiency in the kitchen, this unit has two sized hoppers and can output up to 300kg of food per hour.

With a powerful 550W motor and supplied with four high quality stainless steel discs, the two separate feed hoppers provide the versatility to quickly prep different ingredients, even large or unusual shapes can be processed such as cucumbers, carrots, cabbage and cauliflower.

A great addition to a busy preparation kitchen and is available for short or long term rental.
