Based in our Bristol office, this role oversees the day-to-day I.T. support and building management functions, supporting the business to function effectively, enabling us to offer industry leading service to our customers.
The accountabilities include:
Overseeing the day-to-day running of the Company’s IT infrastructure including:
•First line I.T support for I.T users (with support from our external I.T software and hardware providers)
Phone system management
•Manage or support I.T development projects
•Provide timely and relevant Management Information at the request of the business utilising system data
Providing facilities management for our two Bristol warehouses including:
Overseeing all building maintenance including ensuring the safe work of contractors
Maintenance and testing of the fire & intruder alarms, emergency lighting, door entry, electrical and heating systems
Manage the Fire Warden register, ensuring all Fire Wardens are adequately trained and co-ordinating the fire evacuation procedures, including periodic testing
Assist the Health & Safety Manager with the Fire Risk Assessments
Key holder management including issuing and management of alarm fobs, door entry fobs, building keys and maintenance of the Key Holder Register
Oversee building security and management of security subcontractors
Supporting the operations team by:
Co-ordinating the ordering, deliver and collection of event site utilities such as LPG gas and fresh water supply systems
Other ad-hoc tasks as per the business needs
