Yes, we can extend the hire period as long as you give us 5 working days’ notice. Just get in touch as soon as you know you want to extend, so we can endeavour to meet your requirements.

We always have an engineer on call 24/7 to help you with an equipment breakdown. Just call us and we will work with you to ensure the issue is resolved as quickly as possible, normally repairing equipment on the same or next day.

If power and utilities are available near the appliances to be connected, our in-house engineers can come and connect them. However, if there are no power and utilities, we can source anything that may be required, such as electricity generators, delivered water supply and waste water tanks for dirty water, including arranging waste water collections. Please note, we will not carry out any hardwire connections to a fixed building, and will expect you to provide your own electrician for this purpose.
