Description

 

  • Temperature range: 3°C to 7°C. For the Patisserie Unit Open the actual temperature achieved will vary depending on local condidtions such as: the ambient air temperature, whether the unit is situated in the shade or direct sunlight, local wind speed and the initial temperature of the food contents placed within the unit. It is advised that food contents are allowed a minimum of 12 hours to bring down to temperature or instead are added to the unit at the desired temperature
  • Ambient temperature range: 5°C to 25°C
  • Safety checked and PAT tested prior to hire
