These baked potato ovens heat up within 10 minutes and can hold up to 120 potatoes (60 cooking, 60 holding), with an output of up to 72 per hour. Also suitable for croissants, bread rolls and pasties, this unit can be used back or front of house and is available for short or long term hire.

Available in two styles, both of which cook and hold in the same way.
