These units are a great way to enable safe hand washing and equipment hygiene in a temporary kitchen, and are available in two styles depending on your requirement:

The Water Storage Heater is a water storage unit that requires a 13 amp power supply and stores 10 litres of hot water in the built in storage tank. This unit is ideal in a low capacity environment, for use on one sink only, for hand washing or light duty warewashing.
The Instantaneous Water Heater is a medium capacity water heater and offer on demand, unlimited hot water for up to two sinks at any one time. This unit requires a 32 amp, 3 phase supply.

We can install these water units to a water supply for you and the boilers can be used in conjunction with any of our hand wash sinks or warewashing sinks.
