The versitile flat bottom fryers are ideal for wet batter products, such as fish, tempura, funnel cakes and other fried products. Featuring multiple heat options for precise temperature control, and a high temperature safety limit switch, these units are built for high output catering establishments.

 

  • Oil Capacity: 30.4-38.95 litres (32-41 kg) 
  • Cooking area and depth: 457mm x 457mm x 1210mm
  • Production: 54kg (120lbs) per hour
  • The units are available in gas or electric power types.
  • Safety checked and tested by a Gas Safe® engineer prior to hire.
