These robust, heavy duty flat plate griddles are ideal for cooking a variety of meats and fast foods. The flat cooking plates are made from thick steel, whilst the unit construction is of stainless steel. The griddle unit includes thermostatic controls, providing a robust, practical, and professional catering appliance.

The gas griddle features separate controls to allow efficient consumption of energy for the busy and quiet periods of the day, and has large burners to give maximum cook plate coverage with very fast heating, and is supplied on a stand.
